Saffron Chicken

Take Some Oil in a Cooking Utensil.

Add 1 Onion Sliced and 2 Tomatoes Diced.

Add 1 tsp each of Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Coriander Powder.

Add 3 Tablespoons of Ginger Garlic Paste.

Now Add Boneless Pieces of Chicken Breasts as well as Chicken Stock.

Add 4 Tablespoons of Yogurt also known as Curd as well as 2 Tablespoons of Cashew Butter, 2 Bay Leaves, and 1/2 Tsp of Garam Masala Powder.

Add Salt To Taste.

Now, Bring to a Boil and Cook Down on Medium Heat for 7-10 Minutes.

Garnish with Saffron if available.

Finally, add 1/4 Bowl of Instant Potato Flakes to thicken the Gravy.

Serve Hot.
