Coriander Chicken

FYI-- This Chicken Dish is a Speciality in North India.

It Involves the Combination of the Flavours of Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Fresh Cream, Yogurt, and Fresh Coriander as well as Garam Masala Powder.

Fresh Coriander is abundantly available all across India.

Here is the Recipe.

Take some Oil in a Cooking Utensil as always.

Add 3 Large Onions Sliced and 2 Tomatoes Diced.

To This, Add 3 tsps of Turmeric Powder, 3 tsps of Cumin Powder, and 5 tsps of Coriander Powder.

Fry all this.

Add 3 Tablespoons of Ginger Garlic Paste and 2 Tablespoons of Butter. Add Salt To Taste.

Now, Add Boneless Pieces of Chicken Breasts as well as Chicken Stock.

Add 3 tsps of Dried Fenugreek Leaves, 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Cream, 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Coriander, and 6 Tablespoons of Yogurt.

Add 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala Powder.

Bring to a Boil and cook down on Medium Heat for 7 Minutes.

Finally, Add 1/4 Bowl of Instant Potato Flakes to thicken the Gravy.

Serve Hot.
