Chicken Jalfrezi

Take some oil in a cooking utensil.

Add 3 Onions sliced and 3 Tomatoes Diced. Fry All This.

Add 1 tsp of Cumin Powder and 1 tsp of Coriander Powder.

Add 2 Tsps of Ginger Garlic Paste.

Now, Add Boneless Pieces of Chicken Breasts as well as Chicken Stock.

Add 1 tsp of Garam Masala and A Sprinkling of Fresh Coriander to garnish.

Add Salt To Taste.

Bring To a Boil and Cook Down on Medium Heat for 10 Minutes.

Finally, Add 1/4 Bowl of Instant Potato Flakes to Thicken the Gravy.
