Persian Style Chicken Curry A Yummy Favourite Of Mine

FYI -- Persian Style Chicken Curry Has Its Origins in Persia.

This Persian Style Chicken Curry has been made with Indian Conditions in mind as well as keeping in mind that some ingredients are difficult to get in season and out of season.

It is a tasty and interesting dish as it involves the combination of the Flavours of Almond Butter and Garam Masala Powder.

I cooked Persian Style Chicken Curry on the 5th of August 2018.

Here is the Recipe.

Take some Oil in a Cooking Utensil.

Add 2 Onions sliced and 2 Tomatoes Diced.

Add 1 Tbsp of Butter as well as 1 Tsp each of Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Coriander Powder.

Also, Add 1 Tablespoon of Ginger Garlic Paste.

Add Boneless Pieces of Chicken Breasts as well as Chicken Stock.

Add Salt to taste.

Now, Add 3 tsps of Almond Butter and 1 tsp of Garam Masala Powder.

Bring to a Boil and cook down on Medium Heat for 7-10 Minutes.

Finally, Add 1/4 Bowl of Instant Potato Flakes to thicken the gravy.
